- National Identification / IC Number: Used strictly for unique identity verification, security check-ins, and event registration cross-referencing.
- Gender: Used solely for appropriate room allocation, logistics, and event amenities planning.
- Hotel Room Number: Used to display your accommodation details directly to you within the App.
Data Provided by the User
- PIN Code: You will be required to input or set a private PIN code to securely access your personal event profile within the App.
2. Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your personal data very seriously. Because your information is hosted and stored on Google Firebase (Firestore), it benefits from enterprise-grade cloud security infrastructure.
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (using HTTPS/TLS) and at rest within Google Firestore.

- Data Retention: All personal data, including IC numbers, room allocations, and PIN codes, will be permanently deleted from our Firebase database within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the event.
